About Beth Wolfgram, MS, RD, CD, CSSD, CSCS
I’m a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. I use my extensive knowledge of evidence-based science—and my personal experience as an endurance athlete—to develop sports nutrition programming to meet your needs.
Fueling Your Performance was started in 2017 to provide performance nutrition services to athletes and active individuals through one-on-one coaching and team education sessions. I also work with teams, clubs, and athletic departments to help develop strategies that improve their athletes’ performance, recovery and overall health.
I love outdoor activities, travelling with my family, fresh hot bread, roasted Brussel sprouts, good coffee, and chocolate! I also enjoy physical challenges and completed my first IronMan in Lake Placid July 2022.

Fill Your Tank With the Right Fuel
Sports nutrition is a science and an art. I am passionate about helping athletes fuel their bodies with purpose.
I love helping athletes fuel for performance, optimize recovery and develop a healthy relationship with food - to build lifelong healthy habits.
Food is nourishment - for our body and our mind. It should be enjoyed and savored.
When working with athletes, I strive to listen and understand their needs. Understanding an athlete’s sports and unique challenges is vital to helping them achieve their goals.
